Robert Brancato - Founder of CSL

CSL’s founder, Robert Brancato, brings to his clients a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through years of developing, managing and implementing successful projects for CSL’s clients. His focus has been on strategic planning, leadership development, sales and interactive skills. Bob has worked hard to select and develop a consultative team that can effectively and efficiently meet its client explicit needs.

Bob’s interactive style of delivery includes a high degree of involvement from the program participants.  Known for his effort, rapport, and humor, Bob excels in developing a learning environment where participants can share their experiences, ideas and questions plus practice the newly learned knowledge and skills that will become valuable tools for them as they return to their work environment.  Bob’s conviction is that a program’s success is measured not at the end of the program but after a period of time when each individual and their organization have had the opportunity to develop, implement and use the newly acquired knowledge and skills.

Team Consultants

Marge McGee is a masters-level practitioner with 25 years of experience working with a wide variety of businesses, industries, and work cultures as both internal and external consultant. Her positions in operations, finance, and human resources have given her a unique perspective on the critical business need for strong employer-employee relationships. Marge is known for her commitment to effective work environments, her professional integrity, her sincere interest and respect for her clients, and the positive impact of her work.
Marge holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Roberts Wesleyan College and a MS in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has also received her lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (also commonly known as the “SHRM certification”) and is qualified under the American Psychological Association standards to administer and interpret Level A & B career and behavioral assessment instruments.

Peter LePore brings expertise in organizational analysis, a variety of instructional design and development methodologies, Expert On-the-Job Training and group facilitation.  Peter has focused on developing performance capabilities for organizations in the areas of skill/competency development, team performance, communication architectures, and organization development initiatives.

Ginny Hronek’s experience in coaching, training, consulting, management, higher education and human services. For 10 years she was on the faculty at SUNY College at Brockport. She has been invited to consult and deliver training for Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Italy.  She works with many small to large companies in changing organizational culture with emphasis on creating work environments where people truly want to work.  Ginny is often called upon to deliver keynote presentations and has been a frequent guest speaker on radio and television programs.  She is said to have a "contagious enthusiasm."  Her advice on leadership, teamwork, interviewing, performance development, humor, change, and stress management has appeared in newspapers and Internet websites.

Ed Biernat has worked in a variety of industries and positions from process engineer in a wet chemical plant to Vice President of Corporate Quality at a high technology electronics firm.  He also has years of experience in training and coaching individuals from the shop floor to the boardroom. He specializes in helping companies improve their bottom-line performance through continuous improvement and quality systems management engagements. Ed is active in the American Institute for Quality and is a former chapter board member for several training and engineering societies.  He is also an active speaker and has given talks in his local area and at several national and international conferences.
