PHASE 3 FACILITATION: CSL consultants and/or your, CSL trained, staff will facilitate the programs using an interactive method of instruction and leadership, which actively involves participants in the learning and implementation process.
PHASE 4 REINFORCEMENT: CSL designs and develops follow up procedures and materials for management and participants use to reinforce program goals and objectives for continued professional development.
