Our process uses a broad range of activities that help teams in their completion of tasks, achievement of goals, and enhancement of interpersonal skills. We work toward improving team performance issues such as; problem solving, decision-making, conflict management, communication, team structure, goals, tasks, roles and responsibilities. We work with start-up and existing teams, executive and board groups, project and volunteer teams.Sales & Customer Service - Meeting the needs of your customer should always be the goal of all members of your sales team. To do that you need to plan and manage the sales process along with the effective use of the core sales and marketing skills. Our programs can benefit the experienced professional and those who are novices.
Train-The-Trainer Program is a process of identifying your existing staff members, who have some technology expertise and teaching these individuals to train other staff members to use the technology. By training one or more of your key personnel to train others in the organization, you distribute the knowledge within the organization so that no one person carries all of the organization's knowledge. CSL works with you to identify those qualified individuals and then develop their skill so they can successfully train others within your organization. At the conclusion of CSL’s program, participants will have an understanding of adult learning principles, how to facilitate a meeting, how to use activities effectively, and how to deal with students who are having trouble. When combined with individual coaching, the participants will be ready to manage the varied responsibilities of a trainer.
